Year: 1930-1931 Designer: Marcel BreuerMaterials: shiny, chrome-plated steel tube structure, black or cherry-tinted laminate shelves. Breuer designed this bookcase in 1930 or 1931. Originally manufactured in Switzerland in 1933 it was sold in the modern furniture stops in Zurich and Basle that belong to Sigfried Gideon, architecture historian, Werner Moser and Rudolf Graber. |
